Abstract: The target group of the project consisted of secondary-age mildly mentally handicapped students, mainly females, whose IQ scores ranged from approximately 50 to 80. Aim to develop a valid and reliable test instrument for use with mildly mentally handicapped learners mainstreamed into home economics child development/ parenting courses.
